Free Codes:
- Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use free codes solely for personal use on their Shopify store.
- Redistribution, reselling, modification for redistribution, or reproduction of our free codes or related video content is strictly prohibited.

- By accessing and using my Shopify codes, you explicitly agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or use these codes in creating YouTube videos or any other form of content that replicates or closely resembles my original videos. I reserve the right to issue copyright claims or takedown notices against channels or individuals violating this condition.
Premium Sections and Snippets:
- Purchased sections and snippets grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-store license.
- Users must not resell, redistribute, modify for redistribution, or use premium products for more than one Shopify store without purchasing additional licenses.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including Shopify codes, snippets, sections, videos, tutorials, branding, and related materials provided by OnHOW, is protected under intellectual property laws. Users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services without explicit written permission.
4. Refund and Chargeback Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (premium sections and snippets), all sales are final, and refunds are not available. Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the matter directly.
